If I have tickets to Green Day, The Offspring & Fokofpolisiekar tickets, will this allow entry to the Robbie Williams show?

Nope, they are two separate events. If you’d like to attend both shows, you’d need to buy tickets for both events. Each event date requires a separate event ticket.

How will the tickets work?

Each day is a separate event, you will need to purchase tickets for the night you want to attend.

i.e. Tickets purchased for night one to see Robbie Williams, are not valid for night two, Green Day, The Offspring, and Fokofpolisiekar. If you want to attend both nights, you’ll need to buy two separate event tickets, to the two different concerts.

Discovery Bank clients have an exclusive 48-hour pre-sale from Wednesday 10 April 2024 at 9am to Friday 12 April at 8:59 am. All payments need to be completed using your Discovery Bank card or Discovery Card. All other payment cards will be rejected from processing payment.

How do I request a seat or venue change on my order?

Should you want to upgrade your seats or change the date please note that exchanges and upgrades of tickets are at the discretion of the event promoter and are only available from 29 April 2024.

Is there a ticket limit for Calabash South Africa?

There is a ticket limit of 10 tickets per credit card per city on this event for the Discovery Bank pre-sale. The general limit per customer is 8 tickets per city.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Are Viagogo tickets valid?

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Is there an age restriction?

No children under the age of three are allowed into the venue. All minors must have a valid ticket, adequate ear protection and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Fans purchasing tickets in standing areas (General Admission and Front Zone Standing) are to be over the age of 12 and over 1.2m tall.

When do I get my tickets?

Ticket delivery will be delayed for this event, all fans will be notified when tickets are available to download/view. You will only receive an order confirmation after your purchase.

How do digital tickets work?

Please note for this specific event, all tickets will be digital – via registering a Ticketmaster account. After the successful purchase of tickets, fans can access their tickets by either accessing it in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via Apple or Google Play Store. Tickets will only be available 30 days before the event. All fans are required to transfer additional tickets to their friends/family attending with them making use of Ticket Transfer. Ticketholders need to provide photo ID at the event that matches the name on the ticket.

What is ticket transfer?

Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile. Ticket Transfer will be active from 30 days before the event date. For more information on Ticket Transfer see here. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are under age, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

What are Official Platinum Tickets?

Platinum tickets are the best-seated tickets in the house. These tickets vary in price driven by demand from fans, similar to airline tickets and hotel rooms. By using this dynamic pricing, we give fans an opportunity to safely buy official tickets for the events they love right up to the date of the show. Official Platinum Tickets do not include any additional items, and only includes a ticket to the event.

What is Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee?

With the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee you are entitled to cancel your ticket up to 60 days before the event date. As a ticket buyer you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less a cancellation fee which is equal to the relevant Service Charge in respect of your ticket purchase. How do I add or change the name on the tickets?

Ticketmaster will activate Ticket Transfer 30 days before the event that will allow you to transfer the tickets to your friends/family that will be attending with you, after which their name will display on the ticket.

Are tickets that are bought on other website valid?

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.
