Seat/Date changes to events are only allowed up to 7 days before the event date of the original tickets you have booked. Tickets need to be exchanged to the same or higher value than the original order.
With the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee you are entitled to cancel your ticket up to 21 days before the event date. As a ticket buyer you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less a cancellation fee which is equal to the relevant Service Charge in respect of your ticket purchase.
