Where is the event taking place?

Galaxy KDay will be held at Meerendal Wine Estate.

When is the event taking place?

Galaxy KDay is taking on Saturday, 5 April 2025.

Is there an age restriction on the event?

Not recommended for children under the age of three.
All minors (3 plus) must have a valid ticket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years +).
Any person who arrives with a Children's ticket and is over the age of 12, will not be permitted into the event.

What does the Chill Zone include?

What is included in Chill Zone?

• Partially shaded communal picnic styled seating
• Private cash bar
• Easy access to food stalls - no long queues, picnic baskets are allowed
• Dedicated ablution facilities
• These tickets are not for sale to persons under the age of 18 years. Strictly no kids allowed

No under 18’s allowed in the Chill Zone.

What is The Meerendal Experience?

• General access
• A meal voucher valued at R240 per ticket, at either one of the Meerendal onsite restaurants. With preselected menu options. Drink included.
• Secure restaurant parking on the day.
• Vouchers can be redeemed on event day only. T’s & Cs apply.

What are we allowed to take into the venue?

• Picnic basket with food, (wooden or plastic cutlery only).
• Umbrellas and chairs are allowed in designated spaces.
• Picnic blankets are allowed in designated areas.
• Soft cooler bags/boxes maximum 25L allowed. NO over-sized cooler boxes allowed.
• Water and soft drinks are allowed, only in plastic bottles. NO CANS, NO GLASS
• Hats and sunscreen are allowed.

What are we NOT allowed to take into the venue?

• No glass allowed
• No alcohol
• No drugs
• No metal cutlery
• No gazebo's/ tents
• No braais
• No pets
• No weapons
• No hubbly / Shisha
• No Speakers boxes.
• No drones.

Are tickets that are bought on other websites valid?

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.
