Reserved Seating vs General Admission

Fans that have bought reserved seating will be allocated a dedicated seat as allocated/purchased and will have exclusive use of that seat for the event day.

General admission tickets are non-reserved blocks. Fans will be able to sit on any seat within their allocated/purchased block displayed on their tickets.

Is there a ticket limit?

There is a ticket limit of 15 tickets per person and per credit card on this event.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

When do I get my tickets?

Ticket delivery will be delayed for this event. You will only receive an order confirmation after your purchase.

How do digital tickets work?

Please note for this specific event, all tickets will be digital – via registering a Ticketmaster account. After successful purchase of tickets fans can access their tickets by either accessing it in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via Apple or Google Play Store. Tickets will only be available 30 days before the event. All fans are required to transfer additional tickets to their friends/family attending with them making use of Ticket Transfer. Ticketholders are to provide photo ID at the event that matches the name on the ticket.

What is Ticket transfer?

Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile. Ticket Transfer will be active from 30 days before the event date. For more information on Ticket Transfer see here. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are under age, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

By making use of Ticket Transfer, fans will be able to transfer tickets to the fans that are attending the event with them. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are underage, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

What is the Ticketmaster Fan guarantee?

With the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee you are entitled to cancel your ticket up to 60 days before the event date. As a ticket buyer you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less a cancellation fee which is equal to the relevant Service Charge in respect of your ticket purchase. Are tickets bought via other websites valid?

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.
