Robbie Williams | Date and venue change and refund information – all you need to know!

Due to scheduling conflicts with Robbie Williams' upcoming “Better Man” movie promotional commitments in the USA, Robbie is unfortunately not able to be in Johannesburg on 18th January 2025. 

 

The show will be replaced with 2 shows at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, Pretoria on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2025. Powered by 947 and M-Net. Another Big Concerts Experience.

 

Whilst the unavoidable date move is frustrating for everyone involved, we are pleased to have found a solution so that fans will still get to see Robbie perform live. 

 

Fans who have bought tickets for the 18th January performance will be automatically refunded, or if their payment details are no longer saved they will be contacted by Ticketmaster to make alternative arrangements, and will have the chance to buy pre-sale tickets to either of the 2 shows on Thursday, 24th October. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect. Existing ticket holders must please keep an eye on their inbox for an email from Big Concerts.

 

General sale to the public will start at 9 am on Friday 25 October. 

 

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to two unforgettable nights with Robbie Williams at SunBet Arena, Time Square.

 

The Cape Town Robbie Williams, Calabash South Africa date at DHL Stadium on the 22nd of January remains unaffected and will continue as planned.

Park & Ride and Parking tickets.

 

All park and ride ticketholders will be automatically refunded. The service will be made available for the subsequent shows. Please contact Park and Ride SA for any related queries (info@parkandridesa.com)

 

All patrons who purchased parking tickets will receive a full refund.

No, there will be no support act for the Robbie Williams shows at SunBet Arena.

When will ticket sales open to the public?

Friday, 25 October 2024 at 9 am. Tickets are exclusively available from  www.ticketmaster.co.za.

Are there VIP packages for Robbie Williams show at SunBet Arena, Time Square?

No, there are no VIP package for the Pretoria shows.

Yes, this will be available at www.ticketmaster.co.za.

Is there a ticket limit?

The general limit per customer is 10.

 

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Is there an age restriction for the concert?

No children under the age of three will be allowed into the venue. 

 

All minors must have a valid ticket, adequate ear protection and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Are Viagogo tickets valid?

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.
