What time will gates open?

Gates open at 08:30. Arrive early to select the best spots on the lawn.

Is there an age restriction on the event?

All ages are welcome.
Kids under 12 years admitted free ONLY in the General Area.
Kids need to purchase a full price ticket to gain entry to the VIP Area.

Please remember, your child remains your responsibility and not that of Sonneblomfees. Children under 18 years, need to be accompanied by an adult.

Is there ample parking at the venue?

There will be sufficient parking available on-site. Please follow the instructions given by the parking attendants.

What are we allowed to take into the venue?

Camp chairs, cushions and umbrellas. 

What items are prohibited?

No gazebos, picnic baskets, food and drinks, glass, braai's, illegal drugs, drones, knives, weapons of any nature or fireworks; digital, electronic or other recording or broadcast device; any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale or display for marketing or promotional purposes; no animals apart from authorized guide/companion dogs.

No food or beverages may be brought onto the premises, not even water or cold drinks. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar areas and via some of the food stalls.

Will food be sold at the venue?

Plenty of vendors will be on-site serving up a delicious array of picnic-style foods.

What is Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee?

With the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee you are entitled to cancel your ticket up to 60 days before the event date. Are tickets that are bought on other websites valid?

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.
