Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Please note for this season, all tickets will be digital – via registering a Ticketmaster account. After the successful purchase of tickets, fans can access their tickets by either accessing it in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via Apple or Google Play Store. Tickets will only be available 30 days before the event. All fans are required to transfer additional tickets to their friends/family attending with them making use of Ticket Transfer. Ticketholders need to provide photo ID at the event that matches the name on the ticket.

Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile. Ticket Transfer will be active from 30 days before the event date. For more information on Ticket Transfer see here. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are under age, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

By making use of Ticket Transfer, fans will be able to transfer tickets to the fans that are attending the event with them. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are underage, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

Ticketmaster will activate Ticket Transfer 30 days before the event that will allow you to transfer the tickets to your friends/family that will be attending with you, after which their name will display on the ticket. 

For minors, the name on the ticket does not have to match theirs, they would however need to provide proof of identification for entry.

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.

There is a ticket limit of 8 tickets per customer.
