We give you up to 60days before the event to change your mind.
Our tickets are fully refundable from 2 hours after your purchase, up until 60 days before the event.
We'll exchange your tickets if you find better ones.
For a small fee of R70 per order you can exchange or upgrade your original tickets for equal or higher priced ones for the same show or event.
To exchange or upgrade, the ticket holder just needs to fill out our Fan Guarantee form here.
We'll refund your money if an event is cancelled.
You will be rebooked for the rescheduled date or if you can’t make it, we will give you your money back in the unlikely event a show cancels.

Exceptions include VIP, Platinum and other premium tickets, tickets purchased through auction or resale, tickets purchased with additional related items or bundled products, instalment plans / deposit schemes, series event bundle packages, season tickets, and tickets subsequently offered at a discount.
